Wedding Photography in the photographers perspective.

As a wedding photographer, my primary goal is to capture the essence and beauty of the special day for the couple and their loved ones. Here’s a glimpse into the wedding day from my perspective:

 1. Preparation and Planning: Before the big day, I communicate with the couple to understand their vision, preferred photography style, and any specific shots they want. We discuss the schedule, locations, and important moments to ensure everything runs smoothly.

 2. Arrival and Detail Shots: I arrive early at the wedding venue to capture the ambiance, decorations, and details like the rings, flowers, and invitations. These shots help set the tone and tell the story of the day.

 3. Getting Ready: I document the bride and groom separately as they prepare for the ceremony. This includes capturing candid moments, emotions, and the excitement building up. I focus on the intricate details like the dress, shoes, makeup, and the nervous but joyful expressions.

 4. First Look or Pre-Ceremony Shots: If the couple decides to have a first look, I capture this intimate moment when they see each other before the ceremony. It’s a beautiful opportunity to capture genuine reactions, love, and anticipation.

 5. Ceremony: During the ceremony, I discreetly capture key moments like the processional, exchange of vows, ring exchange, and the first kiss. I ensure that I’m in the right positions to capture the couple’s emotions, as well as the reactions of family and friends.

 6. Couple and Family Portraits: After the ceremony, I take the couple and their families to pre-selected locations for formal portraits. I guide them through different poses while keeping the atmosphere relaxed and enjoyable. These portraits capture the love, joy, and unique dynamics between the couple and their loved ones.

 7. Reception and Candid Shots: As the celebrations unfold, I document the reception, speeches, toasts, cake cutting, and first dance. I aim to capture candid moments of laughter, tears, and interactions between guests. I also photograph the venue, decor, and food to highlight the overall atmosphere.

 8. Dance Floor and Party: Once the formalities are over, I capture the energy and fun of the dance floor. I focus on candid moments of guests enjoying themselves, the couple’s interactions, and any special performances or surprises.

 9. Final Shots: Towards the end of the night, I may take the couple aside for some creative night shots or capture a tender moment as they reflect on their special day. These shots add a touch of romance and serve as a beautiful conclusion to the wedding album.

 10. Post-Processing and Delivery: After the wedding, I carefully select and edit the best images to ensure they reflect the couple’s vision. I enhance colors, adjust lighting, and crop photos if necessary. Once the editing is complete, I deliver the final images in a format agreed upon with the couple, whether it’s a USB drive, online gallery, or printed album.

Being a wedding photographer is a privilege as I get to capture memories that will be cherished for a lifetime. It requires creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to connect with people on their special day.
